My story, the long version
You might have seen the short version on Instagram. Here's the whole road: from a track in Czechoslovakia to twenty years of selling homes in Cincinnati, and why I'm now teaching other agents.
The timeline
Before
A track athlete in Czechoslovakia
I grew up in Czechoslovakia and ran track and field for my country, chasing spots at nationals and the European championships. It taught me to set a goal and go after it.

International business
I worked in international business in corporate America, at 3M in Minnesota, alongside my husband. Speaking five languages helped.

A new city and a new license
We moved to Cincinnati, where I knew no one. Real estate was on my bucket list, so I got my license just to understand it. I made a bold decision that it was going to work.

One house
My first year, I sold one house. The next year, I sold five. I kept going.

I was named the #1 individual RE/MAX agent in Southern Ohio every year from 2011 through 2018, and joined the RE/MAX Chairman's Club and Top 100.

Off the clock
Running is still how I unwind, and I've coached cross country and track for more than 15 years.
When I can, I go home to Europe to see my family. My kids spend their summers there, learning the culture and the language.
