Who I am

This website is run by Monika DeRoussel, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty in Ohio, as The Solo Agent Coach. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Monika and The Solo Agent Coach.

What I collect

• When you fill out a form, the details you choose to give: your name and email address, and on some forms your market, years licensed, the topics you want help with and your message.
• When you join the email list, your email address.
• Like most websites, the hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the site.
• The Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers aren't saved or sent to anyone.

How I use it

• To reply to your note or your coaching interest.
• To send the emails you signed up for. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
• To understand what's useful and improve the site.

I don't sell your personal information.

Who helps me run the site

Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions. If you join the email list, your address is also stored with my email service provider. These companies process your information only to provide their services to me.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long I keep it

I keep form submissions and email addresses only as long as I need them to respond to you or to send the emails you asked for.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information I have about you, send a request through the contact page.

Children

This site is for real estate professionals and isn't meant for children under 16. I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
